COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT

Isabel Henderson Kindergarten is a stand-alone, not-for-profit community kindergarten which is governed by a committee of management. The committee is made up of parents, guardians and association members who act as volunteers to support the Director with the running of the centre.
The committee is responsible for overseeing major financial, strategic and policy decisions and procedures, including the hiring of the Director who reports directly to committee once a month at meetings.  The day-to-day decisions relating to enrolments, administration, staffing, curriculum and service delivery are made by the Director who is supported by the Educational Leader.
